Madeline is the 2024 Hinrich Foundation Trade Research Fellow at the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation’s Policy Support Unit.
She has had an impressive start to her career working in research roles at a number of US-based institutions including the Stimson Center, the National Bureau of Asian Research, George Washington University’s Elliott School of Internatinoal Affairs and Northeastern University.
Madeline earned her bachelor and master’ degrees in International Affairs from George Washington University in the Washington, DC. In addition, she studied Mandarin Chinese at the National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
