Guilherme De Franco holds a summa cum laude bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) School of International Relations, in São Paulo, Brazil.
He is a research assistant at FGV’s International Trade & Sustainability research group. He is interested in the linkages between international economics and local sustainable development, with a focus on applying quantitative research methods. Guilherme obtained working experience at the cities’ alliance ICLEI Local Governments for Sustainability, under the South American secretariat.
